The Balloon Tower Challenge — Team Building Workshop

Teams plan, prototype, negotiate, fail, adapt, and build against the clock — and are scored on height, stability, creativity, and teamwork.It looks like chaos. It's actually a leadership lab. Within minutes you'll see who plans and who dives in, who talks and who listens, how your team handles setbacks (towers wobble — that's the fun), and how ideas actually get decided when the clock is running. It's a safe, playful environment to observe leadership, communication, and problem-solving in action — without a single trust fall.How it works:

• 1 hour, up to 30 people (minimum booking of 15)
• We come to your office, venue, or offsite within 40 km of Canberra
• All materials supplied; we just need floor space and a sense of competition
• Sustainability matters: we use biodegradable latex balloons, never do balloon releases, and recycle scraps through TerraCycle — as Advocate Ambassadors for the Coalition for Responsible Celebration
