What you'll do
Herbs have been brewed for centuries not just for taste, but for their ability to soothe, restore, and strengthen the body and mind. In this practical and hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own medicinal herbal teas, blending flavour with function.
We’ll cover the foundations of herbal energetics and properties, including how to select herbs for calming the nervous system, supporting digestion, easing sleep, or boosting immunity. You’ll also learn how to balance flavour profiles while crafting blends that truly support well-being.
During the session, you’ll experiment with a wide range of herbs and botanicals, developing recipes that suit your own needs. By the end, you’ll walk away with custom medicinal blends and the knowledge to continue brewing at home with confidence.
Please note: This class requires at least 5 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class, fully refund you, and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.
