The space comes with tables, chairs, and some fridge access, making it an ideal setup for hands-on workshops. A bright, welcoming environment designed for baking enthusiasts – all you need to do is bring your students and your supplies.

Hello my name is Chin and I am originally from a tiny island called Mauritius (which you would hear in my accent). My sis-in-law and I started our cake business when we were still uni students, we registered our small apartment kitchen with the council and what started as a small gig to help us pay the bills and eat something tastier than Mee Goreng, now has become our happy place! We made so many mistakes – bad tools, bad techniques, bad cakes (we don’t talk about those). Ten years later, we’ve baked for big brands, won awards, and opened our own cake shop in Lynbrook, which is a real pinch-me moment.

Since 2024 we opened our commercial kitchen to Cake Workshops and now, our workshops are all about having a laugh, making a mess, and creating something sweet you can be proud of. You'll learn heaps along the way and make real connections with fun people who also love cake!
