Botanista is a creative space in Port Noarlunga that melds workshops, South Australia's only Terrarium Bar and a beautiful shopfront filled with plants, terrariums and a dash of magic.

Owner of Botanista, Charlene Maney, opened Botanista in 2018 with a passion for plants, making gardening fun and bringing the community together.

Charlene has been an educator for over 20 years. Her experiences include teaching and overseeing the Indonesian language department in Canberra for the Department of Defence; and overseeing teaching staff as well as teaching several courses herself at the Worker's Education Association of South Australia.

Previous to opening Botanista, Charlene had been running her award-winning online store, Fleurieu Gifts and teaching botanical workshops since 2014. Many of the workshops held at Botanista have been running continuously since the early days of Fleurieu Gifts in 2014.
