Kokedama Moss Ball Workshop
The Kokedama class was excellent value for money. The venue was a purpose built room decorated with a lovely feature wall of plants, and the instructor was both entertaining and welcoming. All aspects of Kokedama were covered, from it’s history through to plant and material selection and upkeep. The materials and plants used to make two Kokedama were of the highest quality, and the class was well structured and flowed smoothly.

Loved every bit of the Kokedama Workshop. Love this shop and the vibe. The workshop was everything I expected and have come out with great knowledge of how to create kokedamas. Highly recommend attending a workshop at this amazing place.

Always great classes @ Botanista, very Welcoming, easy to follow, not rushed, and love exploring & trying out he varying creative styles/classes on offer.
Katy was wonderful, inspiring & encouraging. Good to hear how she benefits from being creative also, lovely Woman, sharing her talents with us & sharing the morning with my Girlfriend was memorable, Thank You

Alcohol Ink Pot Workshop
My gorgeous daughter booked a class with Katy as part of my birthday gift and we absolutely LOVED the experience.
Katy was a very warm and welcoming teacher. Her explanations and demonstrations were simple and easy to understand. For 'non-artistic' people like myself, she was so encouraging and delighted not only in the various colour choices, but in the way the inks moved around the pots making eachMy gorgeous daughter booked a class with Katy as part of my birthday gift and we absolutely LOVED the experience.

Katy was more than happy to answer any questions, offer suggestions if needed and take a beautiful photo or two to celebrate the end product.

Alcohol Ink Pot Workshop
Loved learning this new skill. Instructor was lovely and explained the process really well. It is quite an easy technique so anyone can have a go. My daughter and I were really happy with our end products.

Botanical Alcohol Ink Painting Class
The teacher was lovely and the venue was ok however the workshop was not what was advertised unfortunately.
I and I believe others were expecting the workshop to go for 1 & 1/2 hours but it only lasted 1 hour. Also the booking information explained that the workshop would let you practice with pieces of paper the inks etc prior to creating an A3 piece to take home.
There was no time to practice techniques on any paper prior to creating one piece of A3 work.

Paludarium Terrarium Class for Intermediates
Charlene is a wonderful and patient teacher. Thoroughly enjoyed my time in learning how to put the paludarium together. Acquired sufficient knowledge during the workshop and look forward to attending more such classes in the future.

Tea Leaf Reading Class
The Tea Leaf Reading Class was great. Good teacher and fabulous (if a little cold) setting. Our host ,Charlene, was, as always, charming. It was good fun to share tea leaf reading experience with some interesting women. We certainly will be sharing these new skills with any friends who we can sit down and have a cuppa with.

Had the best time, Christine was a wonderful teacher. Having a book to take away as well was lovely reminder and learning tool. The whole experience starting with entering such a welcoming and fascinating store then meeting other lovely ladies in the class. Loved it

Fairy Wreath Workshop
This was such a fun workshop. I had a friend visiting from Melbourne and I wanted to plan something different and creative. This was perfect! We both created beautiful wreaths and had such a fun time. Everyone was very friendly and it was a relaxed and encouraging environment. Will definitely be doing more workshops now.

A fantastic way to spend a sat morning learnt lots info shared in a fun manner great choice of plants no need to have prior plant knowledge the planting room was surprisinglots of thought and expertise with workshop friendly and you get to take your creation home. So good.
