Looking for fun things to do in Port Noarlunga? Join us for this magical workshop, fire your imagination and create a whimsical fairy wreath with an extra sprinkling of magic dust!
Charlene, owner and creator at Botanista will take you through the creation of a fairy wreath, using preserved mosses and plants, toadstool decorations, crystals and more.
All of the plants and mosses used on your wreath are real, preserved and dried plants, with no requirement for upkeep or maintenance.
Return home with your completed wreath to hang in your home or garden and admire! These wreaths are perfect for the doors of any fairy lover and would make a beautiful addition to a nursery.
Important information: we will be using hot glue guns to craft our wreaths, therefore this workshop is NOT suitable for children under 13.

Knowledge required
Beginners welcome. No knowledge or skill is required, but must be okay with using a hot glue gun.

Botanista is a creative space in Port Noarlunga that melds workshops, South Australia's first Terrarium Bar and a beautiful shopfront filled with plants, terrariums and a dash of magic.
Owner of Botanista, Charlene Maney, opened Botanista in 2018 with a passion for plants, making gardening fun and bringing the community together.
Charlene has been an educator for over 20 years. Her experiences include teaching and overseeing the Indonesian language department in Canberra for the Department of Defence; and overseeing teaching staff as well as teaching several courses herself at the Worker's Education Association of South Australia.
Previous to opening Botanista, Charlene had been running her award-winning online store, Fleurieu Gifts and teaching botanical workshops since 2014. Many of the workshops held at Botanista have been running continuously since the early days of Fleurieu Gifts in 2014.
