Taught by WA's best bartenders in Perth's best bar, this masterclass is perfect for beginners looking to explore the world of whisk(e)y, as well as corporate teams searching for a unique and engaging team-building experience.
Our expert whisk(e)y nerds will guide you through a variety of traditional whisk(e)y styles where you'll learn about the different regions, production methods, and ageing techniques that give each whisk(e)y its unique character and flavour profile.
Throughout the masterclass, you'll have the opportunity to taste a variety of whisk(e)y samples, from smooth and mellow blends to bold and robust single malts. Our bartenders will teach you how to properly nose and taste each whisk(e)y, so you can identify the subtle nuances and flavour notes that make each one unique.
Our traditional whisk(e)y tasting experience is designed to be a fun and educational experience for all skill levels. Whether you're a seasoned whisk(e)y connoisseur or a curious beginner, you'll have a blast learning about this beloved spirit in a relaxed and social environment.
For corporate teams, our whisk(e)y tasting masterclass is an excellent way to build camaraderie and teamwork among coworkers. You'll work together to taste and discuss different whiskies, and our whisk(e)y nerds will help you identify your team's unique preferences and strengths, allowing you to work more effectively together in the future.

Hiding underground in an old bank vault built in 1887, our bar was once home to the Western Australian Club. The walls of Foxtrot Unicorn have seen some shenanigans in their time, and we’re about to show them some more.
There’s no kitschy theme to speak of, just a jarrah-clad haven for booze lovers, packed to the rafters with up-cycled materials and vintage WA hospitality history.
You’ll be taken care of by a ragtag bunch of Perth’s most awarded bartenders (no really, the resume is pretty wild) who are obsessed with finding the best produce from near and far. Expect to find all sorts of fine spirits, classic and modern cocktails, an eclectic wine list and some bloody fancy jaffles.
