  • 5/5 from Anna Xia, attended Jun 2025: Another beautiful weekend cooking workshop with chef Tracey who has a lifetime of cooking experience under her belt honing her craft from the Middle East to South East Asia. Today we focused on Turkish cuisine with firstly bread dipped in a shakshuka variation with runny eggs in a tomato and green pepper sauce mixture. Then it was on to our second course a fresh phyllo pastry with mint and onion paste. Then we move on to a lamb and beef kofte with pomegranate, quinoa and cannelloni bean salad. Finally we come to the tahini cinnamon scrolls which were so delicious fresh from the oven. We got real hands on with multiple cooking stations and all hands on deck. Step out of your comfort zone and try something new in your cooking repertoire!
  • 5/5 from Catherine Berryman, attended Jun 2025: This was a great class - a mix of demonstration and participation. The food was interesting, fresh and delicious. Loved the venue, it was well set up and the teacher was great. I would love to do another of Tracey's classes, about a different cuisine. Thanks for a lovely afternoon, I really enjoyed it. It's not the best part of town for parking, but there's a car park on Frith st, which is a short walk away.
  • 5/5 from Jacalyn Slegtenhorst, attended Aug 2024: I attended the turkish cooking class with my daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening! The food was exceptional and I learnt the correct way to need dough!! Absolutely recommend this class as Tracey is an amazing chef & teacher. The extra touch of Naomi was lovely. I am considering attending the Vietnamese class with Tracey due to my experience last Friday evening. The venue was easy to find and ample on street parking, would definitely recommend

I loved that it was just a small group so that everyone was an important part of the day. Lots of good tips from Tracey and so much support from Naomi.
  • 5/5 from Jenny Chan, attended May 2023: It was a delightful class full of flavours, culture, atmosphere and good conversation. We were treated to a variety of mouth watering dishes, which gave us some good insight into the foods of Turkey. I will definitely try some of these recipes at home and I recommend this class to anyone who wants to explore some Turkish cooking. Beginner friendly.
