Join Matilde, a talented Italian chef, as she guides you through the steps of creating amazing Tuscan dishes that will transport you to the region where she comes from.
This is a three hour, step-by-step class where she will take you through each step of these Tuscan recipes. In this class you will learn how to make all these dishes and impress your friends and family at home.
Together, we will make:
- Tuscan Kale Crostini
- Bruschetta
- Pappa al Pomodoro
- Gnudi w. Pumpkin and Sage
- Cannellini Beans “All’Uccelletto”
By the end of the class, we will then sit down and enjoy the meal with a glass of wine.
