What you'll do

In this course, for men and women, you will discover how to become deeply centred in the heart and develop an awareness of energy. Over one nourishing day, you will cover four modules of study, so that by the end you have gained an understanding of Reiki principles and practices.
Reiki Level One students will:
- Engage in powerfully guided meditations allowing you to find greater stillness within and become deeply centred in the heart.
- Develop an understanding of the principles and origins of Usui Reiki.
- Increase your intuition.
- Discover how to ground, positively protect your energy and establish healthy boundaries.
- Uncover powerful self-healing techniques to balance, cleanse, and align your energy body.
- Receive four attunements; these are gentle processes passed from a Reiki Master Teacher to a student to enable you to use Reiki.
- Discover nurturing support to align with your unique intention from an accredited Reiki Master Teacher and educator with thirteen years of teaching experience.
- Explore and cultivate a deeper understanding of Chakras.
- Become your own healer, improve your well-being and support the well-being of others.
- Be a part of a small group engaging in discussion, observation, reflection and practical application of taught skills.
- Nourishing vegan lunch, snacks and local tea are provided in addition to a comprehensive theoretical course workbook.

This workshops is comprised of one eight hour workshop and a two hour support session. This complimentary support session, with our founder, takes place approximately three weeks after the workshop. We’re passionate about supporting our students and giving them time to integrate taught skills.

Meredith is an emotional and energetic healer and Reiki Master Teacher. She is a naturally gifted intuitive who is passionate about supporting women to access different tools, techniques and mindfulness practices to enable them to step into the most radiant version of who they are.
Meredith's journey has led her to study forms of embodied dance, meditation, energetic and emotional clearing, Usui Reiki, Seichim, and the Divine Feminine. She is an educator with thirteen years of experience, five of which as an assistant principal.
Wellbeing Arc also offers one-on-one energetic healing treatments for women, Reiki Level One, Seichim Level One, Reiki Master Level Three and Reiki Master Teacher training.
