Meet Viviana – Artist & Pet Portrait Painter

Hi, I’m Viviana, the artist behind Viviana Creative Art.

I’ve loved drawing and painting for as long as I can remember. At just 13 years old, I painted my first mural for a childcare centre, and although I later studied Graphic Design, life took me in a different direction. After many years working in different roles, I eventually found my way back to the thing that had always made me happiest — painting.

My journey back to art really began with my beloved dog, Pippa. Painting her portrait sparked something in me and inspired me to start creating custom pet portraits. I quickly discovered how much I love capturing the personality, expression and special character that makes every pet so unique.

For me, pet portraits are about more than simply painting what an animal looks like. They’re about capturing a little piece of a much-loved companion and creating something that can be treasured for years to come.

I also love teaching and sharing my passion for painting with others. I often hear people say, “I’m not creative” or “I can’t draw.” That’s exactly why I love my workshops! I believe you don’t need to consider yourself an artist to enjoy painting.

My classes are relaxed, friendly and beginner-friendly. I guide you step-by-step, share the techniques I use in my own artwork, and encourage you to simply enjoy the creative process.

Whether you’re painting your own beloved pet, creating a special gift, or simply looking for a fun and different experience with friends, family or colleagues, my goal is for you to have a wonderful time and leave with a painting you’re genuinely proud of.
