Music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and my passion for singing and performing eventually became a lifelong journey of teaching, coaching and helping others discover their own voices.With more than 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching, I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages and abilities. I also hold a Master of Performing Arts from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), one of Australia’s leading institutions for performing arts education.What I love most about teaching is seeing people grow in confidence. Singing is so much more than producing the right notes — it is about expression, emotion, creativity and connection. Whether I’m working with a young beginner taking their first steps into music, a teenager developing their performance skills, or an adult who simply wants to rediscover their love of singing, every student has their own unique story and voice.I believe there is no such thing as one “perfect” voice. Every person has something unique to offer, and my role is to help them understand their voice, develop their musical skills and feel confident expressing themselves.After more than two decades of teaching, one of the most rewarding moments is still seeing a student achieve something they once thought was impossible. That moment when confidence takes over from self-doubt is exactly why I love what I do.VADA is for everyone.
