What you'll do
Learn how to create a travel watercolour journal so that you can capture your favourite travel memories. During this painting workshop in Lambton, you will learn how to sketch, outline and watercolour paint landscapes from your own travels.
No artistic experience is required. You will be guided through how to translate an image into a simple sketch, outline it with a fine-tip pen, and bring it to life using watercolours.
During this workshop, you will receive your own watercolour journal and learn the fundamentals of sketching and using watercolours. By the end, you will have a journal filled with the techniques you learned and a finished painting to take home. This means you can continue to document your future travels and paint on the go!
This workshop will be held in a relaxing and supportive environment where you can unleash your creativity and enjoy an afternoon of art. As an added bonus, afternoon tea with coffee and tea will be provided so you can relax and fuel your artistic inspiration.

What you'll get

- A watercolour journal to take home, filled with all the techniques you learned, and a finished watercolour painting.
- My pocket guide to Travel Watercolour Journalling so you will be fully equipped with everything you need to keep filling your journal with beautiful paintings after the workshop.
What to bring
Bring a printed photo of a landscape from one of your travels to learn how to paint during the workshop. I recommend choosing a simple landscape without people in the image and printing off a few options to choose from. If you don't have an image you love, don't worry! I will have lots of different printed landscape photos to choose from.
