Weekend Long Printmaking Workshop

Awesome introduction to block printmaking with Emilie

12 hours Class size 4 to 10 guests     $220
In this 2-day-long workshop, Emilie will teach you everything to get
started and be autonomous in block printmaking. You will learn to
carve and print with lino & rubber, all of which are part
of the fun family of relief printmaking (big stamps!). We will learn how
to add colour to our prints, with multi-plate and modular stamps.
Emilie classes are fun, engaging and adapt to your level. This workshop will focus on bringing you autonomy to be able to print from home straight after the class, as well as teaching you how to introduce colours to your prints.
You will create you own limited editions of prints to take home with you!
The class will be limited to 8 students maximum so you get all the attention you need to get started on your printing journey!

Hi, my name is Emilie Walsh and I'm an artist and educator. I run Couleur, a small printmaking studio in Collingwood (Naarm/Melbourne). Come and learn block printmaking with me: my classes are fun, engaging and adapted to all levels!
I believe artists have a mission to engage, educate and spark joy and curiosity: Couleur is the perfect place to start learning printmaking and gain autonomy to print from home.
