  • 5/5 from Tracey Everard, attended Apr 2026: We traveled from Kangaroo Island for the weekend and decided to treat ourselves and try something different. I found date night in wheele throwing on the internet and booked. What a fun way to spend an evening. Our instructor gave clear instructions and supported new potters when they required help. I was so pleased with the results and will definitely do this again.

  • 5/5 from Biela McMillan, attended Aug 2025: Thank you Ju!
  • 4/5 from Alice Pannenburg, attended Apr 2025: Was a fun night and I’d do it again. Could have used a little more instruction along the way tho.

  • 5/5 from Karolina Juszczyk, attended Nov 2024: It was fun, the teacher was relaxed and patient we enjoyed the class very much
  • 4/5 from Aswitha Balaji, attended Nov 2024: The class was interesting but the teacher seemed a little intense. She was too serious and there was a lot of pressure to "do it correctly" rather than a romantic date experience. This is also not a private session, and we had another couple with us, which was unexpected
  • 4/5 from Jerome Symons, attended Oct 2024: We both had a good time at the event. The teacher was knowledgeable, careful and professional. The venue was fine. We made pottery cups and then painted them.
  • 5/5 from Paul Roberts, attended Aug 2024: Great experience for a couple to enjoy something a little different but with keepsake to never forget. Definitely recommend!!!!!
  • 3/5 from Ben Green, attended Aug 2024: We had a lot of fun and our instructor was friendly, but just not great at facilitating a class. We began the session without much explanation of anything, just straight into a demo of how to work the clay without ever telling us what we were trying to achieve or what the session would encompass. Despite this we made the best of it and had fun and learnt some new skills. A little disappointed at the end as we'd booked for a 7-9pm session, but were done by 8.15 with no offer of further things to do or more time making pottery so we just awkwardly left.
  • 5/5 from Ali Murray, attended Jul 2024: My partner and I went for our anniversary and we had so much fun…lots of laughing! Our teacher was so helpful and funny. Would highly recommend.
  • 5/5 from Mihali Motteram, attended Jul 2024: Instructor was absolutely fantastic, stepping in only when she needed to and ensured we had all the techniques to create a masterpiece. Everything was provided at the venue, I would just recommend bringing a shirt you don't mind get dirty. The class was a lot of fun that I would definitely recommend.
  • 5/5 from Kimberley Pearson, attended Jul 2024: Ryan was wonderful, was so much fun! Only thing I would say is a little bit of music in the background. But highly recommend!
  • 5/5 from Katerina Tsokas, attended Jul 2024: The instructor was very helpful and easy to understand - she made us a great experience
  • 5/5 from Michael Furno, attended Jul 2024: Our teacher was great. She was helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. I would recommend people to try this private lesson as she was fun and very friendly.
  • 5/5 from Mollie Hammond, attended Jun 2024: Ryan was absolutely fantastic! It’s definitely harder than it looks and has sparked a new appreciation for the skill. We will be back to do other classes!
  • 5/5 from Sophie Cheshire, attended Jun 2024: It was a wholesome experience, with lots of laughs involved. Staff member was very helpful, and accommodating to our inexperience. Would recommend to anyone!
  • 5/5 from Christopher Soltes, attended May 2024: The teacher was lovely and was quite skilled in the arts of pottery. Had a great experience with lots of laughs and friendly staff ️
  • 5/5 from Thao Nhan Phan, attended May 2024: The teacher was very knowledgeable: all her instructions were clear and easy to follow. The venue was clean and cosy. I liked the materials used. I learned you need a steady composure to make a good clay pot. Yes the class is very enjoyable so good value. I like that the class is small so the teacher can always help you.
  • 4/5 from Tina and Alexis Cattley, attended Apr 2024: Enjoyed the experience, look forward to picking up our fired pottery. It’s a great 9th wedding anniversary activity idea.
  • 5/5 from Logan Hill, attended Mar 2024: Had an enjoyable time with my wife - the intimate class (one other couple) made it a wonderful experience. We’ll be back!
  • 5/5 from Kate Bowley, attended Mar 2024: It was for our 9 year anniversary The teacher was amazing and patient. It was an amazing experience and I would tell others about it.
  • 5/5 from Diana Stouraitis, attended Feb 2024: Great teacher and a really fun process. We did this for Valentine’s Day. Very excited to pick up our work in a few week’s time!
  • 5/5 from Miho Kongoji, attended Feb 2024: It was a present for his birthday. The venue was conveniently located and there was plenty of work space. We made a cup with a marble pattern. The process of making it was delicate and difficult, but it was a wonderful time. She revised our work over and over again and taught us how to do it. Thank you! I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product!
  • 4/5 from Sharryn Files, attended Feb 2024: Valentines date night Teacher was lovely but, didn’t ask what we wanted and did what she thought was best! We wanted the lip on the base but she scraped it off! Venue was too small. Material ok, spinning machine broke down, hairdryers got stuck Pottery wheel and how it works Bit too pricey but ok! Value for money? Not really The wheel for us! Getting our hands moist
  • 5/5 from Tara Parker, attended Jan 2024: Our teacher was fantastic helping us lots! We had a night of fun, would recommend to a friend
