Pick-up Reminder!!! (Very Important):
If you’d like to collect your pieces(If you have), please be sure to book ahead so you don’t make an unnecessary trip
Please note that all creations must be collected within 4 months of your course. Any unclaimed pieces after this time will be donated to charity
Please note: Ceramics can be such a fun and rewarding art form, but unfortunately, not every piece survives the kiln. Sometimes, they may break due to factors like excess moisture or unexpected explosions during firing, despite our best efforts to prevent issues during the finishing process. While we always do our utmost to ensure a successful outcome, we’re unable to offer refunds for pieces that crack naturally. However, if we determine the damage occurred due to a kiln or technician error, we’ll be happy to assist accordingly.

  • 4/5 from Alicia Chan, attended Apr 2025: Class was really enjoyable. However, the description on the website stated "you both will have two pieces of clay" but it turns out that only the child will have two pieces of clay and not the parent which means the parent is only a helper or just watching their child. Besides that, the teacher was lovely and very patient. My child had an excellent time.

  • 5/5 from Adrian Wong, attended Feb 2025: The occasion was for Valentine’s Day and we learned how to use the pottery wheel and make clay bowls. Our teacher was fantastic as she was very patient when teaching our kids and she was very helpful. The venue was really pretty, clean, and pleasant. All the materials were provided and well maintained. What I liked the most, was how the teacher taught us and the kids, and that we were able to have two turns to make the bowls so we could choose which one we’d like to keep.
  • 5/5 from Herald Fok, attended Jan 2025: Teacher was very patient for our daughter whom was learning pottery for the first time. There was step-by-step guidance to make a cup, bowl or plate which was easy to learn. The little one loved it, and perfect for a school holidays activity for kids to learn something meaningful. Thank you Heer Ceramics
