Amanda is an amazing meditation teacher. I have been meditating with her for over a year now and it has made such a difference to my life. She offers different visualisations within her effortless meditation classes to always keep it interesting. This class is an extended version of what is offered in her usual classes, combining effortless meditation, self massage & quiet reflection. I have done 3 of these classes now & find they allow me the space to re-energise & reset for the month. I am very grateful for this space & being able to do it in the comfort of my own home is easy.

I enjoyed the class - it was very relaxing. Different from what I thought it would be, and probably more useful as a way to relax and fall asleep than as a way to recover from anything other than minor stress.

The ending was a bit jarring - I was nearly asleep when I heard my name mentioned and snapped back awake

It was good though - it made me very sleepy, and I was able to fall asleep quickly afterwards which is hard for me. And I never sleep as early as 21:45, so thank you! I'd definitely do the class again.

I also think that instead of Zoom, you should record the classes and sell them instead. People looking to relax before sleep would definitely buy it
