What you'll do
Keen to get a job as a barista, or just learn how to make the perfect cup of coffee at home? At this basics barista course, all ages and levels of coffee-lovers can come and learn the fundamentals of making excellent coffee.
Our Barista Basics course covers all the fundamentals required to use any coffee machine and grinder and pour every coffee from the menu!
Class includes:
- Coffee product knowledge, roasting, blends, single origins.
- Service set up, extraction analysis and grind adjustment to pour perfect shots.
- Milk stretching, texturing and pouring techniques to pour perfect coffees.
- Learn to pour every coffee on the menu.
- Finish with coffee machine cleaning and maintenance.
At the end of the class, return home with a certificate of training and the confidence to continue making delicious coffee.
