In this four hour class, you will learn how to make classic New York-style bagels at home! For an added bonus, you will learn both yeasted or sourdough versions.
This will be a hands-on experience where you will make bagels from start to finish. We will mix them, proof them, shape them, boil them, top them, and bake them. And just so that you don't leave hungry, we will enjoy making delightful bagel sandwiches for lunch! But don't worry, there will be some left over for you to take home.
Your tutor is Steve Koschella, who has been teaching bread and related baking for 6 years, including highly rated classes at WEA in Adelaide.
Location, pricing and numbers can be flexible by negotiation. This class is tailored to each group individually.
