While having a background in the baking industry back in the 1990s, I became interested in, then passionate about learning the art of artisan sourdough baking during the COVID pandemic.

I first began just baking for my private needs, but soon was baking for friends and neighbors, being certified as a home-based bakery with the City of Onkaparinga in 2021. Soon I was both baking and teaching others, and began offering private classes, then group classes, including offering very popular classes with WEA in Adelaide.

Now I am expanding to offering some different types of classes with ClassBento.

I have built a reputation for making sourdough bread making fun and easy, with recipes and methods that are proven and simple to master.
