I’m a creative workshop facilitator and the founder of The Joyful Creative, a studio dedicated to nurturing creativity as an everyday wellbeing practice.For many years I’ve taught textile crafts, mixed media and mindful creativity to children, adults and people with additional needs. I love creating welcoming, inclusive workshops where everyone feels comfortable to explore and make, regardless of their experience level.My teaching style focuses on the joy of the creative process rather than the pressure of perfect outcomes. Through simple, mindful techniques, participants often discover that creativity can be incredibly calming, grounding and confidence-building.At The Joyful Creative studio, I offer workshops across a variety of creative disciplines — sometimes teaching them myself and sometimes collaborating with wonderful guest facilitators who share their skills and passion.My aim is to create a space that feels a little like a gym for creatives - somewhere people can show up, play, experiment and rediscover the simple pleasure of making.
