Make a sweet banana split that looks almost good enough to eat in this beginner-friendly fake food workshop with Loveliness Studio.
During the 1.5-hour class, you’ll create and decorate a full-size banana split display using air-dry clay. Arrange your banana and ice cream scoops, then add cream, cherries, cookies, chocolate, tiny sweets and other toppings to make the design your own.
Your finished banana split will be presented on a dessert dish and can include photo or memo clips, turning it into a playful decoration for your room, desk or creative space.
No previous clay experience is needed. I’ll guide your group through each step, and all materials and tools are included.

Hi, I’m Jielin, the artist and founder of Loveliness Studio, a Melbourne-based creative brand where imagination and craftsmanship come together. I’m a self-taught jewellery and miniature artist with a background in architecture design which means I love turning tiny details into complete little worlds.
I work with a wide range of materials, including polymer clay, air-dry clay, resin, glass, ceramic, and metal findings, to bring my ideas to life. Each piece begins as a sketch, then slowly takes form through hand-sculpting, colour mixing, glazing, assembling, and detailed finishing touches. From glossy chocolate cakes and dreamy ocean teapots to fairy potions and cosy bakery scenes, every creation is a story told through texture, colour, and form.
