  • 5/5 from Nandini Sandran, attended Oct 2026: My friend and I attended the Sunday evening pottery class part of my birthday celebration, and we had such a wonderful experience! Our instructor, Yau, was incredibly patient and guided us as beginners in creating the shapes we wanted. At the same time, he gave us the space to explore and work at our own pace, stepping in whenever we needed guidance. It was a lovely balance of instruction and hands-on experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the session and would highly recommend it, especially to beginners!

  • 5/5 from Kerry and Jason Stringer, attended Oct 2026: We did pottery as a family and absolutely loved it! We all walked in knowing absolutely nothing about pottery, but everything was explained so clearly and simply that we could all get involved, have fun and actually create something we were proud of! Our teacher was fantastic, very patient, friendly, encouraging and supportive. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, including for those of us with autism and ADHD, which made such a difference. The whole experience was relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable. Nobody felt rushed or overwhelmed, and we all had a fantastic time. The only downside was having to walk up two flights of stairs to get there, which could be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Definitely something worth knowing before booking. Apart from the stairs, it was a wonderful family experience and something we'd happily recommend to others! ️
  • 5/5 from Sharn, attended Oct 2026: It was really fun and the instructor was great, she didn’t go too fast a pace and always giving encouragement.
  • 4/5 from Niyan Moodley, attended Oct 2026: Excellent class overall, really helpful teacher
  • 4/5 from Linda Pham, attended Oct 2026: Teacher was very patient, flexible and informative. Wheel throwing was fun and easy to follow. Paint was difficult to get a handle of, due to paint consistently and the clays ability to absorb moisture quickly.
  • 4/5 from Leanne Gabell, attended Oct 2026: Enjoyed the class. The teacher was good and patient. We did the beginner class which was perfect for us. Looking forward to picking up our pieces.
  • 3/5 from Lyn Edwards, attended Oct 2026: I don't think I would call it a class as the instruction and supervision was limited. More a play with clay. The venue was dirty and unorganised.
  • 5/5 from Bianca Calipari, attended Sep 2026: Such a fun experience! Our teacher was kind, patient and so helpful. We learnt so much from him. 10/10 experience, will be back in the future ️
  • 5/5 from Susanne Wood, attended Sep 2026: We had the best time, our instructor was the sweetest most patient and helpful. Really took time to explain everything and talked us through why the clay was going off balance or the different methods to shape the clay. We are already organising our next class.
  • 5/5 from Hansini Siriwardhana, attended Sep 2026: He was very patient and lovely, helped us when we were struggling and explained the steps well. The painting and hand molding of little decorations was really fun.
  • 5/5 from Alejandra Daniela Echeverria Cortez, attended Sep 2026: Tracy was incredible! We did two cute mugs for my partner birthday! Perfect class for a gift! Thanks ️
  • 5/5 from Shae Nikora, attended Sep 2026: I booked this pottery class as a birthday present for my 12-year-old niece, so we could do something fun together, and we both absolutely loved it! She made a mug and I made a bowl, and we had so much fun getting creative with them. Yao and Sia were both lovely, helpful and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Such a great activity to do together and a really lovely birthday gift. We can’t wait to see how our pieces turn out after firing!

  • 4/5 from Rahma Taha, attended Sep 2026: The teacher was patient and very informative. I made a mug and enjoyed the shaping of the clay and painting.
  • 4/5 from Sandra Winder, attended Sep 2026: This was an enjoyable first step into pottery. It was straightforward to book with our gift voucher and the teacher was very skilled and helpful. The session went quite quickly and by the end we all had something useful, practical and attractive to show for our efforts. It was actually about 1 hour 40 minutes. The decorating part of the experience was fun because we could individualise our work. At the beginning it would have been helpful to have another 10 minutes of practice with the clay and an emphasis on a few basic tips about how to work with clay on a wheel, to help us avoid beginners mistakes. Overall, I would recommend the class as a good way to begin your pottery making journey.

  • 5/5 from Michelle McBride, attended Aug 2026: She was very caring and helpful
  • 4/5 from Isabelle Morrison, attended Aug 2026: Teacher was very lovely! Maybe could have given a few more pointers to correct any mistakes/been a bit more hands off, but all round was a great experience and she definately knew what she was doing! We were able to choose what to make (bowl/mug/etc) and then got to add any features and paint the glaze on too. Make sure to look up some design ideas beforehand to save time!
  • 1/5 from Krist Kakarriqi, attended Aug 2026: We attended this pottery class for the first time with two friends, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience we were expecting. Firstly, the actual venue looked quite different from how it was advertised. We were willing to overlook that, as we were mainly there to enjoy the experience. However, as complete beginners, we expected more guidance and assistance throughout the class. Unfortunately, the instructions were not explained clearly. When we were doing something incorrectly, we were simply told that we were doing it wrong rather than being shown how to do it properly. At times, the instructor would just fix our work herself instead of explaining what we should be doing or how to improve. When it came time to paint and decorate our pieces, there was even less assistance. We were given only a few colour options and received virtually no guidance or suggestions. The instructor was mostly on her phone, and we were left to figure everything out ourselves. The space was also quite tight, which made the experience less comfortable. As this was our first pottery class, we were really hoping for a fun and welcoming experience where someone would guide us through the process and help us learn. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel supported or instructed throughout the class, and the overall experience fell short of our expectations. It could be a much better experience with clearer instructions, more hands-on guidance, and an instructor who is more engaged with participants, especially beginners.
  • 5/5 from Hayley Beckwith, attended Jul 2026: Fantastic activity! Such a great idea for everyone. Three of us went as a pre uni catch up, something fun to do and omg it delivered! We all had good laughs and really enjoyed doing something new. Teacher was great at giving guidance without doing it for you and everyone in the class got a great little keepsake

  • 5/5 from Lila Jaensch, attended Jul 2026: The class was great, and teacher was very friendly, my friend and I really enjoyed it! The only feedback I have is that our session felt a little rushed, and I also would prefer to be given tips rather than the teacher doing the fixing for me. I look forward to seeing our fired products! Thanks!
