How can we help?
Q: What is the minimum group size for a private workshop?
Our standard minimum for a private mobile workshop is eight guests. Smaller groups may be possible with a minimum booking charge equivalent to eight guests. Please send through a request and we’ll be happy to discuss the options with you.
Q: What is the maximum group size?
Our standard maximum is 20 guests, allowing everyone to receive plenty of guidance and support. We may be able to accommodate larger groups with sufficient notice and an additional facilitator, so please contact us to discuss your event.
Q: How far do you travel for private workshops?
Travel within 20 kilometres of Wollongong is included in the workshop price. Workshops outside this area may still be available, but an additional fee may apply depending on the location, travel time, tolls and parking.
Q: Do you provide or book the venue?
Our private workshops are mobile and take place at a venue arranged by the customer, such as a home, workplace or hired event space. Customers are responsible for choosing, booking and paying for their venue. If you’re unsure whether a space will be suitable, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to advise.
Q: What does the venue need to provide?
The venue will need enough tables and chairs for all participants, good lighting and sufficient space for everyone to paint comfortably. We’ll also need convenient access to water and permission to use paints and creative materials within the space.
Q: Do you set up and clean up the workshop?
Yes. We bring the workshop materials and take care of setting up and packing down the creative equipment. Please ensure we can access the venue before and after the scheduled class so there is enough time to prepare the space and pack everything away.
Q: Are venue hire, parking and access fees included?
Venue hire is not included and remains the customer’s responsibility. Travel within 25 kilometres of Wollongong is included, but additional costs may apply for paid parking, tolls, difficult venue access or locations outside our standard travel area. We’ll confirm any additional charges before accepting your booking.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: Free to cancel or reschedule up until 14 days before the class
