Practical tips were great and to the point, but the live demo was what I found to be the most valuable. It wasn’t ’sexual’ (despite the whole naked with a dick being massaged thing) it felt sacred and was kinda hypnotising watching the flow, presence and connection.

It was my first time experiencing any tantra teaching and it was truly eye opening and it really showed me another side to sexuality which I keen to explore more. Elisa is an expert and shares her experience and runs the workshops in a non confronting way and easily relaxed her audience. I am still processing my experience and thought about what I learned but I do know that I loved it! I will be back for more and will definitely recommend to others!

It’s mind blowing how much there is to learn and how much more complex and connected an intimate encounter with a partner can be, than whatever we have been taught to expect. I felt the class was a truly safe space to learn in and we had ample opportunities to ask questions and learn both from the theory and from observing it being practiced by the teacher and her partner. I’m eager to attend any further workshops held by Elise in the future and am so grateful for her sharing her knowledge and experience and creating such an open and safe space for us.
