During the chair yoga portion, you'll experience a series of gentle stretches, poses and breathing exercises that promote flexibility, strength and relaxation. Seated comfortably in your chair, you'll engage in movements that target different muscle groups, improve balance and enhance overall well-being.
Then you'll get to explore rhythmic movements and dance routines, all while remaining seated to uplifting music and energetic tunes.
