Guided by Chef Libby Hambrook, we’ll cook our way through the dishes that keep travellers wandering the streets long after midnight—steaming dumplings, punchy herb salads and sizzling pork skewers hot from the grill. You’ll learn how to balance sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours while mastering homemade dumplings, high-heat grilling and the fresh herb-laced salads that pack a punch.
Class menu:
  • Prawn, shitake and coriander potstickers with soy chilli crunch oil
  • Northern Thai Sai Ua spicy pork sausage skewers with tamarind chilli jam and pork crackling
  • Sizzling Grill plate - black pepper beef with nahm jim jaew and toasted rice
  • Tom yum grilled chicken salad with vermicelli noodles, mint coriander, crispy shallots and toasted peanuts
Classes include time to wine and dine on the creations in an ambient dining area, and all recipes are yours to take home.
