Hi, I'm Belinda, and I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge about all things sweet. 28 years ago, shortly after making my own wedding cake, I developed a strong passion for cake decorating! The rest, as they say, is history! I have worked with a wide range of materials over the years, from fondant to buttercream, and I have created thousands of cakes, ranging from straightforward buttercream cakes to three-dimensional masterpieces. I have training as a chocolatier as well. It gives me great pleasure to show people how easy it is to make beautiful cakes, cupcakes, and cookies!
