Learn about painting on silk, playing with colour, and experimenting with different techniques. This is a very forgiving painting medium, as the colours move and blend… there are no mistakes!Under the tutelage of experienced silk painter Helen Moon, you will get to create two beautiful silk scarves to wear or give as gifts. Over the years, Helen has explored many techniques of surface design, developing a sense for the language of colour and discovering endless possibilities in this painting medium.This workshop is perfect for both beginners and those who've tried silk painting before---no experience required!
