Embodied Pleasure and Play Workshop

For many years, I believed I was deeply connected to myself, my sensuality, and my emotions. It wasn’t until I experienced physical and emotional challenges that conventional approaches couldn’t fully explain that I was guided into somatic work, embodiment, and conscious sexuality. That journey became a turning point - not only for my personal healing, but for my life’s work.Today, I’m a somatic sex coach, embodiment facilitator and yoni mapping therapist, creating experiences that invite people back into their bodies in a grounded, safe and conscious way. My workshops are about the wisdom of tantra, presence, connection, and pleasure as a resource for wellbeing.I love holding spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, laugh, feel, and reconnect with themselves and with the people they love. There’s something delicious about watching a group arrive a little nervous, a little curious… and leave more relaxed, open, connected, and alive in their bodies.I believe learning happens best when the body is included | not just the mind | and that’s exactly what I focus on in every workshop I facilitate.Expect warmth, humour, moments of “ohhh, I didn’t know that, ” and plenty of permission to explore at your own pace.My workshops blend somatic practices, breath, guided reflection, embodied exercises, and *playful education* around pleasure, sensation, and connection. I also bring a selection of kinky tools and toys to demonstrate and educate | different ways of working with sensation, pleasure points, and nervous system safety.Everything is fully clothed. I specialise in creating experiences that feel grounded, respectful, playful, and emotionally intelligent - never forced, never overwhelming, and never performative.Private workshops for birthdays, bachelorette gatherings, and intimate celebrations are one of my favourite formats. They allow groups to celebrate friendship, curiosity, and transition in a way that feels meaningful, and memorable.Experience & Background : I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and groups in both private and group settings, online and in person. My background includes somatic sex coaching, embodiment facilitation, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed space holding. Before this work, I spent years in care-based and educational environments, which deeply shaped how I hold groups today with clarity, sensitivity, strong boundaries, and a lot of heart.I regularly facilitate private sessions 1:1, couples sessions, workshops, and group circles, and I continue to deepen my training in somatic practices, conscious sexuality, and embodied relating.What You Can Expect From a Private Workshop With Me : A warm, inclusive, judgment-free space.
