You’ll gather with your group in a relaxed, fun space, and one by one, you’ll take a turn in the “colour chair”. As your certified Colour Analyst drapes fabric after fabric under your face, you’ll watch the magic happen. One colour will make you look tired and washed out, and the next will light you up like you’ve just had a week at the beach. Your friends will gasp, cheer and probably shout “THAT ONE!” (trust us, they always do).
You’ll discover whether you’re warm or cool, light or deep, soft or bright, and you’ll finally understand why some outfits make you feel amazing while others just fall flat. There’ll be plenty of laughs, a few “no wonder I never wear that!” moments, and a whole lot of confidence by the time you’re done.

Hi, I'm Fiona, Colour Analyst and Image Consultant at My Colour and Style.
A few years ago, I was stuck. My wardrobe was almost entirely activewear and black. I'd lost my sense of style, I felt uninspired every time I got dressed, and honestly, I'd stopped seeing myself in the mirror. Then I discovered colour analysis, and everything changed. The first time I saw the right colours next to my face, I looked brighter, fresher and more like *me*. That was my lightbulb moment, and I've been hooked ever since.
When I renovated my own home, I realised the exact same principles (undertone, depth and brightness) apply to a space as much as an outfit. Colour isn't just fashion. It changes how we feel, how we show up and how others see us.
Why I love teaching
I've been a personal trainer since 2000, so helping people feel confident is in my blood. Nothing beats the moment in a session when someone sees the right colour light up their face and the whole room gasps. Watching a group laugh, cheer each other on and walk out standing a little taller is the best part of my job.
