What you'll do
Learn how to make your very own lipstick that reflects your personal style with Work-Shop Melbourne. Our hands-on session begins with understanding the foundational element, cocoa butter. The luxurious texture and nourishing properties of this ingredient set the stage for creating a range of vibrant lip colours. After familiarising ourselves with the basics, we'll transition into the art and science of lipstick formulation. From selecting the right pigments to understanding the balance of different ingredients, you'll be guided every step of the way. By the end of our class, you'll have made five lipstick tubes in a shade of your choice. Feel free to exchange your creations with fellow participants for a diverse colour palette or keep your masterpieces for personal use or gifting. Note: Rest assured, all our ingredients uphold the principles of Fair Trade and/or organic sourcing, and we proudly maintain a 100% plastic-free packaging initiative.
