DIY Screenprinting

2.5 hours Location Collingwood Class size 1 to 16 (public classes), 12 to 40   $80

Make a little mess. Print something brilliant.

Ever wanted to turn your own designs into prints on paper, fabric and more? This hands-on DIY screenprinting workshop will introduce you to the satisfying, slightly addictive world of screenprinting, without needing a fully equipped print studio or a degree in fine art.

Learn the basics of the process, experiment with colour and composition, and discover how to create your own prints using accessible, DIY screenprinting techniques.

We’ll walk you through the process step by step, from preparing your design and setting up your screen to applying ink and pulling your first print. Then it’s time to get your hands dirty, play with the possibilities and see what happens when your ideas meet the ink.

Whether you’re a curious beginner, a seasoned maker looking to try something new, or someone who just wants to make their own printed goods, this workshop is a chance to get creative, experiment and leave with a tote bag that is uniquely yours.

No previous experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to experiment. We’ll take care of the rest.

Come along, get inky, and discover the magic of making multiples by hand.

Please note: This class requires at least 5 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class and fully refund you and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.
