Hands on Modern Rustic Aged Vessel Workshop
Discover a popular new technique for upcycling and transforming a cherished ceramic or pottery vase into a stylish rustic aged piece. Enjoy a fun, hands-on workshop where you can create a unique design that’s all your own.
Learn how to prepare your vase so the texture and paint stick properly.
Creating Colour and Texture Onto Vase
Adding small layers of paint and texture helps achieve the exact look you’re aiming for.
Sealing the Vase with a Matt Sealer and Clear Matt Bees Wax
To finish the textured process, we apply a spray of matt sealer, making sure all layers are totally dried beforehand. Then after 24 hours of drying, we apply a special bees wax to finish the process to the vessel
Finished Product
After the spray sealer and wax are applied, your vase is all finished for you to admire and take home!
Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 4 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the session; if that happens, we'll inform you and let you choose between a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
