On the search for unique Canberra experiences? Join us at Strathnairn Arts West Belconnen for an introduction to the wonderful world of cold process soap making!
In this workshop, we will each be making a batch of soap using the traditional cold process method.
We will be discussing:
  • Soap making safety
  • How to create recipes, what to take into consideration when formulating your own recipes
  • Additives that will add beautiful properties to your soap.
At the end of the session, you will take home over a kilo of soap, each soap decorated with your own style, notes, recipes and maybe even the soap making bug!

Suitable for beginners over the age of 16.
What to bring
Wear long sleeves and closed-toe shoes and cover your legs for safety reasons. Safety goggles and gloves will be supplied.
