The Creative Reset Course

Return to yourself through creativity

5 x 2 hours Class size 1 to 12 guests

$540 (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, disconnected, or simply in need of a little space to breathe, The Creative Reset offers a gentle and supportive way to slow down and reconnect.
This five week program combines mindfulness, creativity, and nervous system regulation practices to support calm, clarity, and creative wellbeing in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
Each week, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible practices including mindful doodling, journalling, collage, gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. No artistic experience is needed - just a willingness to show up as you are.
Designed to feel calming, grounding, and restorative, this program is less about creating “perfect” artwork and more about exploring creativity as a tool for wellbeing, self-expression, and emotional regulation.
Over 5 weeks, you will explore:
  • Week 1: Gentle yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques
  • Week 2: Mindful creativity and repetitive mark making
  • Week 3: Journalling for clarity and emotional release
  • Week 4: Intuitive collage and creative self-expression
  • Week 5: Restorative sound bowl meditation and reflection
Throughout the program, you will also develop simple, repeatable practices you can continue using beyond the course to support everyday wellbeing.
What you'll get
  • Small, supportive group
  • All materials provided
  • Tea and light refreshments included

I’m a creative workshop facilitator and the founder of The Joyful Creative, a studio dedicated to nurturing creativity as an everyday wellbeing practice.
For many years I’ve taught textile crafts, mixed media and mindful creativity to children, adults and people with additional needs. I love creating welcoming, inclusive workshops where everyone feels comfortable to explore and make, regardless of their experience level.
My teaching style focuses on the joy of the creative process rather than the pressure of perfect outcomes. Through simple, mindful techniques, participants often discover that creativity can be incredibly calming, grounding and confidence-building.
At The Joyful Creative studio, I offer workshops across a variety of creative disciplines — sometimes teaching them myself and sometimes collaborating with wonderful guest facilitators who share their skills and passion.
My aim is to create a space that feels a little like a gym for creatives - somewhere people can show up, play, experiment and rediscover the simple pleasure of making.
