Hi, I’m Theresa! I’m a mixed media artist and crafter. My passion is showing woman how creative activities like colouring, watercolour painting and art journaling can help to manage stress and anxiety to improve their mental health.As a mum, I know how little time we make for ourselves especially when it comes to taking care of our mental health. My aim is to help you gain a better understanding of the importance of nurturing creativity and why your mental health matters.The joy of art is in the process but if the process is labour intensive and overwhelming you might give up before you even got started. I have curated three very popular art activities and tweaked and simplified the tools and techniques to make the process quick and easy to complete in a short amount of time, relatively mess free yet satisfying enough for the passionate creative.I am delighted to share these tried and tested techniques with you, so that you can enjoy your creative time and the benefits of it without adding extra stress and work to your already busy day.
