Michelle was very friendly and the class notes emailed to us after the class are very helpful. Can't say I am an expert at cutting glass and soldering (hubby said the soldering wasn't too bad considering it was my first attempt - maybe he was being kind), but I learnt enough to to be confident in giving it a go at home.
