This very talented chef has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is very adept at passing it on to the cooking students.The menu is an excellent three-course dinner party menu that also begins with Jacqui’s favourite canapés. You will learn tips and tricks of food prep and presentation and be instructed in knife skills and French cooking techniques to bring about the best result in your beautiful produce.Jacqui’s passion for cooking shines through as she shares her recipes and stories from working in professional kitchens around the globe and on home turf in some of the best fine dining restaurants.
