Embark on a Transformative 4-Hour Workshop of Self-Compassion and Artistic Exploration

Join us for an inspiring workshop designed to nurture your inner self through self-compassion and creative expression. Through meditation, reflective practices, and artistic exploration, you’ll discover your most compassionate self and bring it to life on canvas.

What Awaits You:

This unique experience is led by Xin Radov, a wellness and spiritual guide dedicated to empowering each individual to connect with their inner self and strength through mindfulness and transformative experiences. Also guiding you is Adriana Nascimento, a renowned Perth artist, passionate about using her art and teaching to inspire joy, healing, and wellness in everyone who steps into her space. Together, they create a warm, nurturing environment for creativity and self-discovery.

The Journey: The workshop begins with a grounding meditation and candle-lighting ritual led by Xin, helping you center your mind and spirit and setting the stage for inner exploration. Xin will also offer gentle insights through oracle card readings, guiding you deeper into self-reflection and supporting your journey toward inner compassion.

Creative Expression: With Adriana’s guidance, you’ll explore creative expression through painting, allowing you the freedom to choose your colors and shapes. This process will help you uncover and express the gentleness and strength within you, resulting in a meaningful artwork that reflects your journey of self-compassion and healing.

️ A Thoughtful Sanctuary: By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a painting, oracle card, and handmade soy wax candle—each a symbol of your inner journey and a tool to help you reconnect with your peaceful sanctuary whenever you need it.
