This masterclass is for anyone who likes a quality tipple, and its a perfect way to kickstart a special night on the town.

This hands-on class will have you mixing up both The Negroni and Espresso Martini and includes basics of cocktail making, equipment and garnishes…yes we will flame orange zest!!

Our resident SMC mixologist will also let you in on the history and backstories belonging to both these iconic cocktails plus share all the tips and tricks to take you from rookie to the ultimate party host with prizes for the most inspired Bartender on the day.

You will sip and savour your own cocktail creations and enjoy our classic pizza.

Since our inception in 2012, we have expanded our NSW locations to Broadway, Circular Quay and Drummoyne plus our Sydney beachside additions Cronulla and Dee Why.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.
