Creative Flame Course: Breathwork, Art Therapy and Self-discovery

What happens when you stop escaping.

2 x 3 hours Class size 1 to 8 guests       Free

8 Spots Only.
The Creative Flame is a phone-free, analog weekend immersion - two Saturday and Sunday mornings in Chippendale, Sydney - designed to help you reconnect with what truly moves you, and what is just noise.
This is not an experience about finding purpose. It is a practical, embodied exploration of the energy that drives us. Through cacao, breathwork, guided meditation, self-inquiry, and art therapy collage, we create a safe container to look honestly at the patterns we use to avoid ourselves -and begin the process of reclaiming personal power.
What to expect:
  • Saturday morning: cacao ceremony, guided breathwork, a self-hypnosis meditation, and journaling.
  • The Gap: Saturday afternoon and evening to rest, reflect, and let the unconscious work.
  • Sunday morning: sharing, symbol work, body activation, and the creation of your art piece.

(Materials, ceremonial cacao, and snacks for both mornings are included)

FAQ

Do I need to attend both days?
Yes - the experience is designed as a two-part journey, and each day builds directly on the one before it. Saturday plants the seed; Sunday is where it takes root. Attending only one morning would be like reading half a story. We ask that you commit to both sessions before reserving your spot.
Do I need to turn my phone off?
We strongly encourage it - and here's why: the analog container is the experience. That said, we understand that life doesn't always pause. If you need to keep your phone nearby for an urgent reason, we simply ask that it stays on silent and that any communication happens outside the group space, so the focus and safety of other participants is protected.
What do I take home?
More than you might expect. You'll leave with one A3 art piece created by you on the second morning - visual records of your inner journey that serve as tools for ongoing integration. After the experience, you'll also receive a curated set of guided meditations, a recommended reading list, and a selection of resources to help you go deeper into the themes explored over the weekend.

What is the Art2Heal Methodology?
Art2Heal is a creative methodology developed by Fabio Borges over six years of facilitation work. It integrates active breathwork, self-hypnosis, symbolism, archetypes, and conscious intention into the creative process — using art not as an aesthetic practice, but as a language for the unconscious. The methodology helps people reconnect with their inner world, reframe lived experiences, and move toward acceptance and reinvention. The Creative Flame is the first immersive workshop built entirely within this framework.
Is breathwork and self-hypnosis safe for everyone?
These practices are gentle and guided, and most people move through them with ease. However, we recommend that you consult your doctor before attending if you have a history of epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart disease, or if you are currently pregnant. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking and we'll be happy to discuss what's right for you.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Parking in Chippendale is free on weekends and spots are generally easy to find around the studio.
What should I bring?
Nothing. We provide all art materials, ceremonial cacao, and snacks for both mornings.
Will I have to share personal things with the group?
Never more than you choose to. The Creative Flame is designed as a safe container for honest exploration — but you are always in control of what you share and what you hold close. There are dedicated journaling moments built into the programme for private reflection, and if you'd prefer to process something directly with the facilitator rather than the group, that option is always available.
