This is a calming, hands-on experience in which structure, colour, and scent converge into a refined decorative artwork.
What You’ll Create
In this workshop, you will design a crystal-fused plaster frame with a wax centre.
In this hands-on session, you'll craft a one-of-a-kind framed artwork combining a textured plaster exterior with a soft, luminous wax centre.
Begin by mixing and tinting scented plaster to create your base. Once set, you'll smooth the frame to a matte finish and embed crushed crystals along the edges, evoking the look of natural erosion—raw, mineral, and uniquely yours.
For the wax centre, choose between natural soy wax or clear layered jelly wax. Add essential oils to create your signature scent, and embed dried flowers, shells, or pearls within the wax for depth and softness.
The result is a balanced piece of functional art: an organic, textured frame cradling a calm and glowing centre.
This session unfolds at a relaxed pace, allowing time to focus and enjoy the creative process.
