What you'll do
In this fun cake decorating class for beginners, you will learn how to decorate cupcakes.
During the class, you will learn how to use piping bags, what tools to use, plus tricks of the trade to create and work with buttercream and fondant. Create whatever designs take your fancy, floral, alphabets, unicorns, animals, mushrooms, cactus and succulents, whipped vanilla, or whatever designs spring into your imagination!
Pamela, the owner of classbunny, will be guiding you on your cupcake journey. She started out after art school many years ago working at the world-renowned 'Sweetart' and learnt how to make sculptured cakes. This class will pass on some of the tips that cake decorators use.
You will ice and take home six boxed up cupcakes. Once you know how cupcakes are super easy to whip up! They make a perfect present for any celebration or team building day.

I have had the best life ever, following my passions. I have worked as a script editor and writer and been a course leader and senior lecturer in the UK in film and TV and before that I was an illustrator and artist.
For the last 5 years have become increasingly interested in informal learning. I run classes around Sydney in different venues and concentrate on my passion of growing succulents, art and the art of teaching. I go by the name classbunny.
