Blue Mountains activities and experiences
Rejuvenating workshops and local experiences in the Blue Mountains
Perfect for beginners, our Blue Mountains workshops are ideal for any level of experience, regardless of the workshop in question! Our craft classes are specifically designed by local artisans and instructors to ensure that everyone can access their artistic side in a fun and inclusive environment. We understand that engaging with a new hobby or experience can potentially feel daunting and if you’re looking for things to do in the Blue Mountains while on holidays, no one wants to engage in a stressful undertaking. That’s why our experience gifts and workshops are specifically tailored for people looking to embrace their creative side without feeling the pressure of having to perform. Our workshop instructors pride themselves on creating an atmosphere that enables you to explore your creativity in a safe and accepting environment; often with a glass of wine in hand!
Our easy-to-use booking system ensures that you can book according to both your schedule and your budget! Nearly all of our instructors run both private and public workshops, which gives you greater flexibility with your time, and more control over your experience. Chasing a private pottery lesson so you can really get a handle on wheel throwing? Maybe you’re looking for a group painting experience with like-minded people; whatever you’re looking for, we have workshops in the Blue Mountains to suit everyone. Many of our teachers also offered tailored packages and special offers for those looking to make their experience that little more personal.
Rejuvenating workshops and local experiences in the Blue Mountains
Learning to cook by yourself can be a rewarding and often meditative experience, but discovering new flavours and techniques with the guiding hand of an expert doesn’t just cook up new dishes, it also cooks up memories. Our cooking classes and tasting experiences are some of the most delicious Blue Mountains activities, and can really be the perfect garnish for your weekend getaway into the Blue Mountains.
Learning Flower arranging shouldn’t just be limited to professional florists! With so many things to do in the Blue Mountains, a floristry class may not be the first thing that sprouts to mind, it is nonetheless, one of the most unique experiences you can savour while up in the NSW hinterland. Whether it’s one of our hands-on gardening workshops or a more relaxing flower crown class, our floristry workshops are perfect for people looking to enjoy something a little more botanical.
Learning to craft your own DIY beauty products is part self-love, part chemistry, and all-around fun. Whether you’re deciphering essential oils in order to create your own fragrance or chasing a soap making workshop for you and your holiday companions, ClassBento’s skincare, haircare and self-care workshops won’t just help you live more sustainably, they’ll also show you how to create products that are designed specifically for your skin.

Fun indoor activities and online classes
Whether it’s stitching, sewing, potting or throwing, our craft classes in the Blue Mountains are a great way to engage with a thriving regional craft community and add a creative touch to your weekend getaway! With workshops all over the place, enjoying the craft scene is one of the best Blue mountain’s activities you can engage with if you’re hoping to make the most out of your time there.
With so much gorgeous scenery, it would be a crime to not have local artists teaching you how to capture the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Luckily, the Blue Mountains art scene is very much alive and pumping, and our art workshops are perfect for beginners and experienced artists, alike! No matter your medium or your desired subject, there are oil workshops, watercolour classes and casual paint and sip nights to suit every type of art enthusiast. Want to learn or experience something specific? You can easily contact our teachers and arrange a custom workshop at your preferred time and to suit your skill level.
If you’re looking for a unique and memorable event these workshops are perfect things to do with friends on the weekend, for aged care groups, team building exercises, indoor things to do, and kids weekend activities. We've got a range of teachers who cater specifically to larger events, and we can customise classes to meet your needs. Get in touch today and we'll put something together for you.
