Textile Artist & Maker
I’m Pip, a textile artist working with cloth, plant colour, and print. My practice moves between quilting, natural dyeing, hand stitching, and lino printing. I work slowly, deliberately, and by hand — exploring what happens when traditional craft is treated with the same care and seriousness as fine art.
I’ve spent over 15 years creating, teaching, and facilitating workshops across studios, galleries, schools, and community spaces. I teach because these skills matter. Hand stitching teaches patience. Machine quilting teaches confidence. Natural dyeing teaches respect for process. Printmaking teaches courage in mark-making.
In my workshops, you’ll work at a calm, focused pace. You’ll learn real techniques, make something entirely your own, and leave with skills and confidence to continue at home.
