Essential oils can be a powerful resource for revitalising energy, soothing the spirit, and bringing harmony and tranquillity to your body’s energy centres.
Balancing the seven chakras helps reduce stress and anxiety, boosting self-confidence, self-worth, and self-esteem, improving our relationship with family and friends, and much more.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to understand how the chakras work and learn about essential oils and how they can support your wellness.
During this informative and relaxing class, you will learn all about chakras (our major energy centres in the body), how clear your chakras and how to use essential oils can improve your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
You will be provided with a recipe guide and all the materials you will need to make three simple essential oil blends (diffuser, roll-on and cream) to help promote natural energy healing.
Return home feeling more positive and energised and indulge in some much-needed self-care with your fragrant blends!
Please note: The workshop will only go ahead if there are two or more participants - anyone booked will be notified and moved to a new date that suits them.

Fran is a visual artist, explorer and connector.
Fran is a local jewellery artisan, Ladybird Design, creating bespoke jewellery for over ten years. Ladybird Design is where each jewellery piece is a unique design and individually handcrafted.
Fran has always been creative and has a Bachelor of Arts, Visual Arts. She has been painting, card making and creating collages for over 27 years.
Since moving to Blue Mountains in 2017, Fran has continued to create art, mainly bespoke jewellery and teaches workshops on jewellery, painting, card making, collage, printing and bees wax wraps.
She'd like to share the joy of creating and making with you.

I really enjoyed this class. It was great to learn about each chakra and how they can effect us and what we can do to keep them in balance.

Fran was delighful and very welcoming.
The room was set up beautifully, coco the dog adding to the friendly atmosphere.
I learnt a lot about new oils i would definitely like to try.
I learnt i had some blocks on a couple of my chakra's and we all got a chance to make up blends to take home that support those specific chakra's.
It was so beneficial for me.

An enjoyable and informative class. The role and function of Chakras was explained and then a simple process to discover which chakras were out of balance for each of us. Then some fun making up an oil blend to support rebalancing of the whole chakra system.
Highly recommened.
