Hi, I’m Basia. My work has always been about presence - creating space to slow down, tune in, and connect to the inner peace within oneself. Over time, different practices have become strands in that journey: tea, yoga, meditation, and art. Each one has taught me something essential, and together they shape the way I now hold space.
Tea was my first teacher in stillness. Later, I trained with Michael de Mannicor and spent 10 + years teaching yoga and meditation at Billabong Retreat - Sydney. Creativity has also been a lifelong companion. I studied a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication), and eventually gave myself permission to explore life as an artist for a meaningful chapter, which continues to influence my work today.
After a significant health challenge, I felt called to return to what feels most essential: sharing tea ceremonies and mindful creative practices as a way of reconnecting with stillness, inner listening, and the deeper intelligence of the creative process.
I love teaching because I love witnessing people settle, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Whether through tea or mindful creation, my intention is to offer a space where you can slow down and remember the part of you that feels at home in your own body and heart.
