Learn to master your camera's manual mode, in picturesque Adelaide. This city of churches has well preserved colonial architecture and nature at its best by the river's edge - perfect for honing your photography skills on.
In this class, you'll learn to master aperture, ISO and shutter speed settings, to improve your photo composition, and you'll become adept at travel photography (street portraits, architecture, still life, abstract, landscapes, nature). You'll get plenty of exercises to challenge your thinking and skills, and get individual feedback to accelerate your learning.
Rain or shine, this class will go ahead, as there are sheltered spots available for use.
Your Adelaide teacher will be one of the following:
Chloe Henderson, who specialises in Fashion Photography and styling, but also has experience in a range of forms such as architecture and urban genres. Chloe has been a professional photographer for the last 5+ years.
Sam Roberts, who specialises in Studio and Location Advertising Photography & Videography, with a great love for the outdoors and cycling. His in-depth knowledge of Adelaide and beyond brings a unique spark to his teaching style.
Sofia Calado, whose art practice uses photography, video, installation, performance and sculpture as a vehicle for exploring the self and society through the body. She is also a passionate educator and works as a lecturer for the Visual Arts and Creative Industries faculties at Adelaide College of the Arts.
