Derek is a trade qualified Baker now retired with years of experience and a passion for home-baked bread and a desire to pass on his knowledge to those that are interested in good bread making. He has taught at technical college with all the latest high tech equipment, but what he offers now is "A Guiding Hand". Derek will come to you and bake in the comfort and familiarity of your own home kitchen, with all that is required is some bench space and a working oven. Ultimately this is where you are going to be continuing your baking adventure.Derek's classes are ideal for one-on-one coaching or perfect for partners or a couple of friends.
